When I take on your account, I make your business my business. I'm a perfectionist, I care deeply about results, and I don't do "good enough." That's what Brittany Means Business means.
After a decade at Kick Point, I grew from intern to Director of Paid Search & Social, and learned that asking the right questions matters more than having all the answers. After 10+ years in agency life, I'm going solo to bring that same curiosity and hands-on expertise directly to the businesses that need it.
My journey started with a BBA in Marketing from NAIT, but the real education came through hands-on experience. After a year as a marketing coordinator at AMA, I joined Kick Point as an intern in 2015 and never looked back. What began as learning "a bit of everything" (SEO, PPC, brand voice, content strategy) evolved into specializing in what I love most: paid search and social.
I've scaled acquisition and retention campaigns across Google, Bing, Meta, and LinkedIn for both B2B and B2C clients, managing monthly budgets that range from $2K to $200K+. An ad campaign is only as strong as its destination, though. That's why I love diving into client websites, identifying user experience improvements, and writing copy that taps into marketing psychology: what actually makes people click and convert.
I love that every ad account (and business) is unique. A strategy or tactic that drives incredible results for one client might completely flop for another, even in the same industry. This is what makes me obsessive about testing ad copy, audiences, bid strategies, and more. I never assume that what worked before will work again.
Nothing beats seeing a client's business genuinely thrive and knowing my work contributed to that growth. This kind of impact only happens when partnerships are built on transparency: honest communication about results, realistic timelines, and what success actually looks like.
